Discover Delphi takes data protection seriously and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU 2016/679).

What Data We Collect and Why

  • Technical/automatic data (e.g. IP, user-agent, visit time): for site functionality and basic analytics.
  • Communication data (e.g. name, email, message): when you submit a contact form.

Legal Basis for Processing

We process data when there is a lawful basis such as:

  • Consent (e.g. non-essential cookies, newsletter subscription).
  • Contractual/operational necessity (e.g. responding to a contact request).
  • Legal obligation or legitimate interest (where applicable).

Data Retention

Data is kept only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of collection. Specifically: technical/analytics data up to 25 months (if third-party analytics are used), contact form data until the request is completed or upon deletion request.

Data Subject Rights

You have the right to request:

  • Access to your data
  • Correction/verification
  • Deletion ("right to be forgotten")
  • Restriction/object to processing
  • Data portability (where applicable)

Third Parties/Providers

We may use third-party providers within or outside the EU (e.g. analytics services, CDN, email providers). Each third party acts as a data processor and must have a valid Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect data (HTTPS, restricted access, backup policy). Security practices are continuously reviewed and updated as needed.
